Yvette aspires to create an environment of health and healing through an artful blend of techniques, a sensitive touch and a compassionate spirit. Her mission is to inspire my clients to become active participants in their own wellness by stirring in them a curiosity about how the emotional, mental and physical are interconnected and how these connections can create ripples of change in their soft tissues and internal structures.
Yvette have been practicing massage since 2000 and teaching yoga since 2002.

Dr. Jenni RIcker, D.C.
About Dr. Jenni Ricker, DC: After completing her degree in Exercise Science with a focus in physical therapy from Western Washington University she spent a year gaining experience at Natural Way Chiropractic in Bellingham, WA. Dr. Ricker then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, CA graduating cum laude. In 2009 she established The Health and Wellness Clinic, PLLC with the goal of offering collaborative natural medicine that ensures all aspects of patient's health are addressed. Special interests include pediatric and pregnancy care, sports injury, and changes of the musculoskeletal system due to obesity. Dr. Ricker speaks in the community on wellness topics in a range of settings from corporate to special interest groups. Audiences have included: Boeing, Edmonds Fire Department, MOPS, and Edmonds Community College faculty.
Dr. Jane Barnes, ND
Dr. Barnes practices primary adult care with an emphasis in wellness, endocrine disorders, nutrition, and pain management. She listens to each patient's story in order to work with each patient to find the cause of "dis-ease." Jane has worked with weight loss patients using an hCG protocol since June 2009. She is a graduate of Bastyr University with extra studies in whole foods cooking, craniosacral therapy and hypnotherapy attaining Certified Hypnotherapist through the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners in 2006. She has worked as a public school secondary mathematics teacher, higher education administrator, resort missionary, national level planning administrator, as well as IT tech while in medical school. Dr. Barnes is excited to see her patients reach health goals which improve quality of life and thus longevity potential.
Michael Luong, LAc Rph
Michael has a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of British Columbia and a Masters in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Seattle Institute of Oriental Medicine. Having backgrounds in both Western and Chinese Medicine, he is able to explain how each medicine works, and let you decide what your body needs. Michael is offering a FREE 30 minute in-person consultation and assessment to give you the opportunity to learn what Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs can do for you!
Yvette Sanchez, LMP
Rachael Scott, BS, LMP
Rachael has been treating since 2004. Her focus is treatment work with a full body connection. She enjoys deep tissue work on areas of chronic pain, soreness, and stiffness, as well as incorporating hot stone therapy into her massages. Rachael is fluent in the Russian language.
Katy Pavlis, LMP
Katy began her study of massage in 2004 at the Brenneke School of Massage. She has been with the Health and Wellness Clinic since April of 2012. During a massage session, Katy works with you to address any areas of pain, tension, or postural dysfunction to help you achieve deeper relief and relaxation. She utilizes Deep Tissue and Swedish massage, along with Myofascial release, Foot Reflexology, Neuromuscular work, stretching and Sportsmassage. Her specialties include working with low back and neck issues, athletes, pregnancy, chronic pain and those seeking deep relaxation.
